Curtis J. Romanowski, Esq. was the only solo practitioner in Middlesex County to receive the honor of being named a "New Jersey Super Lawyer" specialist in Family Law in 2005 – the first year that the coveted distinction was awarded in New Jersey. Only ten other Middlesex County attorneys from six area law firms received this award that year.

Romanowski Law Offices has grown to a multi-attorney Family Law Firm, serving clients throughout the State of New Jersey, out-of-state, and abroad. New Jersey Divorce Lawyer Romanowski has consistently been voted New Jersey Super Lawyer – Family Law ever since his first nomination, receiving the award in 2006 and 2007 as well.

In October 2004, 2005 and 2006, the publishers of Law & Politics mailed more than 35,000 ballots each year to attorneys across New Jersey who have been licensed for five years or more. Law & Politics asked the attorneys to vote for the best lawyers they had personally observed in action. The intent was to discourage lawyers from voting for others based purely on reputation. Each lawyer was given a score based on the number and type of votes received. Votes received from lawyers in other firms were awarded significantly more points than votes received from lawyers in the same firm.
